7.2 Risk of Loss and Title Transfer
Risk of loss and title for products purchased from HerbanVault pass to you upon delivery confirmation by the shipping carrier. This means you assume all risk of loss or damage to products after the carrier confirms delivery.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery confirmation. You are responsible for providing an accurate and secure delivery address. We recommend selecting signature confirmation or other secure delivery options if you have concerns about package theft.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Our return, refund, and exchange policies are detailed in our Refund Policy. Please review that policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of our Refund Policy.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes: We strongly encourage you to contact our customer support team to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution. Filing a chargeback without prior contact may result in account suspension or termination, loss of loyalty program benefits, and restriction from future purchases. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that we believe are invalid or fraudulent. Accounts involved in repeated chargebacks may be permanently banned.

This license includes the right to:

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF HERBANVAULT PARTIES TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

If a force majeure event continues for more than 30 days, either party may terminate affected orders or services.

18. Severability
