How do I place an order?

Placing an order is simple:

  • Browse our collection and add items to your cart
  • Click the cart icon to review your items
  • Click "Checkout" and verify your age (21+)
  • Enter your shipping and payment information
  • Review your order and click "Complete Purchase"

You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, but only within 24 hours of placing your order and before it ships.

To cancel or modify your order, email us immediately at support@herbanvault.com with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled—you'll need to follow our standard return process.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
  • Debit cards with major card networks
  • Other payment methods as displayed at checkout

All payments are processed securely through our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We do not store your full credit card information.

How do I apply a discount code?

Enter your discount code at checkout:

  • Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout
  • Look for the "Discount Code" or "Promo Code" field
  • Enter your code and click "Apply"
  • Your discount will be reflected in the order total

Note: Discount codes cannot be applied after an order is placed. Only one discount code can be used per order.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account offers benefits:

  • Faster checkout on future orders
  • Order history and tracking
  • Save items to your wishlist
  • Exclusive member discounts and early access
  • Loyalty rewards program access

📦 Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days after order is shipped
  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days before shipment
  • Total Time: Approximately 6-13 business days from order placement

Expedited shipping may be available at checkout for select products. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75.

Free shipping applies to:

  • Orders totaling $75 or more (before tax, after discounts)
  • Standard shipping method only
  • Domestic U.S. addresses only

Free shipping does not apply to expedited shipping or special delivery options.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we only ship within the United States.

We ship to all 50 U.S. states (where legally permitted), including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to PO boxes (via USPS) and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

We do NOT ship to:

  • Canada, Mexico, or international addresses
  • U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, USVI, etc.)
  • Jurisdictions where smoking accessories are restricted
Can I track my order?

Yes! All orders include tracking.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships. You can:

  • Click the tracking link in your email
  • Log in to your account to view order status
  • Visit the carrier's website and enter your tracking number

Note: Tracking may take 24-48 hours to update after your shipping label is created.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

Responsibility transfers to you once the carrier confirms delivery.

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you didn't receive it:

  • Check with neighbors and household members
  • Look in secure areas (porch, garage, mailroom)
  • Contact the carrier to file a claim
  • File a police report if you suspect theft

Exception: If tracking shows clear carrier error (wrong city/ZIP), contact us at support@herbanvault.com and we'll help open a carrier investigation.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Yes, we ship to PO boxes via USPS only.

If you provide a PO box address, your order will automatically be shipped via USPS, as other carriers (UPS, FedEx) do not deliver to PO boxes.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to initiate a return for eligible items.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
  • All seals must be intact
  • All accessories and documentation must be included
  • You must contact us before returning the item

Can I return an opened product?

No. Opened, used, or unsealed products cannot be returned due to health and hygiene regulations.

This applies to all smoking accessories and paraphernalia. Once a seal is broken or a product is used, it becomes final sale.

Exception: If you receive a defective or damaged product, we'll provide a replacement or refund even if opened—just contact us within 14 days with photos of the defect.

How do I initiate a return?

Email us at support@herbanvault.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if defective or damaged)

We'll review your request within 1-2 business days and provide return authorization (RA) and instructions. Do not ship items back without authorization.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 11-20 business days from when we receive your return:

  • Inspection: 3-5 business days
  • Refund processing: 5-10 business days
  • Bank processing: 3-5 additional business days

You'll receive email confirmation when your refund is processed.

Do you offer exchanges?

We don't offer direct exchanges, but here's how to get a different item:

  • Return the original item (if eligible)
  • Receive your refund or store credit
  • Place a new order for the item you want

Exception: If we sent you the wrong item or a defective item, we'll send a replacement at no cost. Just contact us!

What if I received a defective item?

We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund!

Contact us within 14 days at support@herbanvault.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the defect and packaging
  • Description of the issue

We'll provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund (your choice, based on availability).

What are your products intended for?

All HerbanVault products are intended for tobacco use only.

Our products are designed and sold exclusively for use with legal tobacco and smoking products. They are NOT intended for use with cannabis, marijuana, illegal drugs, or any other illegal substances.

Use of our products for illegal purposes violates our Terms of Service.

What materials are your products made from?

Our products are made from high-quality materials including:

  • Borosilicate glass - Heat-resistant, durable, and easy to clean
  • Silicone - Food-grade, non-toxic, and flexible
  • Stainless steel - Corrosion-resistant and long-lasting
  • Aluminum - Lightweight and anodized for durability
  • Wood - Natural, sustainable materials

All materials meet safety standards and are free from harmful chemicals like BPA and lead.

How do I clean my piece?

Cleaning method depends on the material:

Glass pieces:

  • Use isopropyl alcohol (90%+) and coarse salt
  • Shake vigorously, then rinse with warm water
  • For stubborn buildup, soak in alcohol overnight

Silicone: Dishwasher safe or hand wash with soap and water

Metal: Use pipe cleaners and warm soapy water; avoid abrasive materials

Note: Never use boiling water on glass—it can cause thermal shock and cracking.

Do you offer replacement parts?

Yes! We offer replacement parts for many products.

Common replacement parts include:

  • Bowls and downstems
  • O-rings and seals
  • Screens and filters
  • Mouthpieces

Contact us at support@herbanvault.com to inquire about parts for your specific product. Include your order number and product name/model.

Are your products dishwasher safe?

It depends on the material:

  • Silicone: Yes, dishwasher safe (top rack recommended)
  • Glass: Not recommended—hand wash only to prevent breakage
  • Metal: Generally yes, but check product description
  • Wood: No, hand wash only and dry immediately

Always check the product description or included care instructions for specific cleaning recommendations.

Our products are age-restricted and can only be sold to individuals 21 years of age or older (or 18+ in some states). Age verification helps us:

What is the minimum age to order?

How do I unsubscribe from emails or SMS?

SMS: Reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe immediately. You can also update SMS preferences in your account.
